niche for herself in the electronic music landscape.

We talked to the talent about her new release "Rave Heart", her experience within the industry and other projects. Find out more below!
RMH:
How does "Rave Heart" represent your evolution as an artist within the hard techno and schranz scene?
LORAW:
Hypnotic, driving, powerful sound with a bit of analog dirt - that's where I see my place as an artist in the scene, and that's what I aimed to express in this track.
RMH:
Could you walk us through the creative process behind "Rave Heart"? What inspired the track and how did you translate that inspiration into the final product?
LORAW:
I met up with a friend I know from one of my gigs. We talked about analog audio equipment and so we met for a recording session in my studio with his modular gear. In the session I was fascinated by some hypnotic synth-lines and some internal feedback signals we created with a mixer. Those elements laid the starting point for this track.
RMH:
Reflecting on your journey as a hard techno DJ & Producer, what have been some of the defining moments or milestones that have shaped your career thus far?
LORAW:
One of these moments was definitely my first gig in 2016 at Butan Club in Wuppertal. I won a slot to play the opening at the main floor at the USB Hard Techno festival (known as United Schranz Board). Then, definitely, the step to go to SAE and learn everything about Audio Engineering. This opened so many new ways for me, for example Live Engineering for Musicians and Bands where I could connect with other Artists.
Another exciting moment was last year in November when I had my first Colombia Tour and could play for Techsound Festival because a DJ couldn't make it to play there. I had the luck to replace him because I made my tour there and the organizer contacted me. I absolutely can't forget the feeling when I closed the stage there with all the lovely people and good friends, playing my own Schranz track.

RMH:
With the music industry constantly changing, what strategies do you employ to stay connected with your audience and remain relevant in an ever-evolving landscape?
LORAW:
I've found my own style and sound and never attempted to follow trends blindly. Being a raver myself, I enjoy connecting with people before and after gigs. Social media plays a crucial role as well. I take my followers with me, giving them insights of my studio process and djing.
RMH:
In a male-dominated industry like hard techno, how have you overcome any obstacles or biases you've encountered along the way, Ad what advice do you have for aspiring female DJs?
LORAW:
In my childhood and teenage years, I played a lot of soccer, mainly as a goalkeeper. Consequently, I faced biases early on. However, I learned to handle it with humor and demonstrate my abilities confidently. This experience motivates me, and I encourage every female artist to do the same. Often, once they see your passion and dedication, others, including men, offer support.
RMH:
Outside of music, what are some of your other passions or interests that influence your artistic expression?
LORAW:
I love cooking and preparing delicious meals with various ingredients. It's an exciting process where I let my creativity flow, much like my approach to music. Additionally, I enjoy spending time in nature, finding it refreshing and a great source of inspiration for new sounds and ideas.
RMH:
If you could have any superpower for a day, what would it be and how would you use it?
LORAW:
If I could have any superpower for a day, I would choose to make the world a better place where the nature harmonizes with humanity and we all are having the best rave ever together.
