After the highly praised release of Tokyo Fan Club's debut album, "We Live Electric," in November 2022, Bedrock Records is thrilled to have label mainstay Marc Romboy return to remix one of the album's standout tracks, "Circles." This marks Romboy's latest contribution to the esteemed UK imprint, following his numerous EP releases and remixes. The remix of "Circles" by Marc Romboy is now available on all streaming platforms.

Tokyo Fan Club's first LP, a collaborative effort from Luke Brancaccio, Gai Barone, and vocalist Kiki Cave, was presented in two distinct parts. Part 1 drew inspiration from the '80s and '90s dancefloors, while Part 2 explored ambient and soundscape elements.

Both parts were expertly mixed by Bedrock founder John Digweed.
Concluding Part 1, "Circles" stands out as a blissful slice of electro-pop, featuring enchanting vocals and a flurry of sparkling synths. Romboy, renowned for his artistry, takes the track into darker electronic realms with a gritty and distorted bassline in his remix. This juxtaposition adds a sense of contrast against the bright synth elements and soothing vocal chops.

Marc Romboy is an invaluable figure in the ongoing evolution of electronic music, seamlessly blending influences ranging from techno to neo-classical. His extensive experience and unwavering dedication infuse his records with authenticity and timelessness, making his contributions truly remarkable.
